Hoppe Single Point Mortise Lock – 70/92, 1" Deadbolt (11517517)

This Hoppe Single Point Mortise Lock features a 70mm backset and 92mm PZ spacing, making it a reliable choice for single point door applications. The lock includes a 1-inch deadbolt throw and a 16mm stainless steel faceplate with radius ends.

This is the new style lock with a rotation limiter, meaning the lever is fixed and does not move after the door is locked. This design provides added security and prevents unauthorized manipulation of the handle when the deadbolt is engaged.

This single point lock is commonly used on doors manufactured by Caradco, Norco, WeatherShield, Biltbest, and Shelter. It also serves as a replacement for FUHR single point locks.

Important: This Single Point Mortise Lock cannot be used to repair a multipoint lock. There are no interchangeable parts from this lock that can be used on other locks.
