At MPLocks, we specialize in professional-grade multipoint locks and door hardware. We are happy to accept returns on qualifying items and assist you in finding the correct replacement part when possible.
Approved returns may be refunded minus original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
Restocking Fees
Returned items may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee to cover inspection, handling, and original outbound shipping costs.
Items that commonly incur restocking fees include, but are not limited to:

Multipoint locks and locking mechanisms

Oversized or long items
-
Special-order components
Weatherstripping products always carry a minimum 50% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
We may refuse refunds (full or partial) for items that are:

Scratched, damaged, used, altered, or missing parts

Special-order, final-sale, or marked “non-returnable” on the product listing or by a sales representative

Damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging
If a returned item is deemed unsellable, we reserve the right to:

Deny the refund, and
-
Return the item to you at your expense upon request
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return and refund:

Items must be new, unused, and in resellable condition

All components must be included (screws, hardware, rods, etc.)

Items must function properly with no missing parts

A Return Request must be submitted within 60 days of the shipping date

A Return Authorization (RA) must be approved and issued by MPLocks
(Self-generated or unauthorized returns will not be accepted) -
Returned items must be received by MPLocks within 60 days of RA approval

Returns must include either:

The original packing slip, or
-
The approved RA documentation
-
Proper packaging is the responsibility of the customer.
How to Request a Return Authorization (RA)
Within 60 days of your shipping date, submit a Return Request using our Return Request Form.

Once approved, you will receive an email with your RA number.
Please print and include this email with your return shipment. Returns received without an RA number will not be accepted.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
If approved, refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges.
If you need a different item:

The original order will be refunded (if eligible) once the return is received and approved
MPLocks Order Errors or Shipping Damage
We take great care to ensure accuracy and proper packaging; however, mistakes can occur.
If your return is due to an error on our part or shipping damage:

Please notify us as soon as possible

Photos of damaged items are required for carrier claims

Our team will coordinate a replacement or refund as appropriate
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.
