This Hoppe manual single point mortise lock (SPL) features a 45mm backset and 92mm PZ spacing. It includes a 16mm faceplate and a 0.55-inch (14mm) deadbolt throw, secured with 2 screws.

This lock is commonly used by door manufacturers including Caradco, Norco, WeatherShield, Biltbest, and Shelter. It also serves as a replacement for FUHR single point locks.
