Hoppe FUHR Replacement Kit – 35/92, 77" Eagle Doors (4990275-KIT)

This Hoppe replacement kit is designed specifically for discontinued 77-inch FUHR multipoint locks (parts 499010099, 499010199, and 499010299) used on Eagle doors. The original FUHR locks featured rollers at the top and bottom, with some models including an automatic roller that triggered when the door closed. This kit provides the best replacement solution with minimal installation work required.

The replacement lock is a 3-piece multipoint system featuring a roller at the bottom and a shootbolt at the top. Unlike the original FUHR, this is a manual lock that requires the handle to be depressed to activate the locking points.

This replacement uses a bottom roller and top shootbolt instead of the original dual roller design. It is a manual lock, so you must depress the handle to activate the locking points – there is no automatic feature.

Do I need to modify my door to install this kit?

This kit is designed for minimal modification. The bottom roller is positioned in the same location as the original FUHR, and the middle extension can be cut to length. A socket strike is included for easy installation.

Can the handing be changed on this lock?
