Fuhr Automatic 3 Roller Multipoint Lock (499010099)

This Fuhr Automatic 3 Roller Multipoint Lock features a three-roller configuration with one auto-release roller and two locking rollers. The lock has a 1-3/8 inch (35mm) backset and a 36 inch (914mm) handle height, with a yellow dichromate (gold) faceplate measuring 5/8 inch (16mm) wide and approximately 77 inches in overall length.

The auto-release roller is positioned at 7-1/4 inches (184mm), the bottom locking roller at 29-1/2 inches (750mm), and the top locking roller at 36 inches (914mm) from the bottom of the faceplate.

This item has been discontinued. Two replacement options are available:

  • Option 1 – 4990275: Hoppe system with roller on bottom and shootbolt on top. This is the easiest replacement option. The top extension fits doors from 76.61 to 80.55 inches tall and will need to be cut to length. Kit includes bottom gear, middle extension, top shootbolt, socket strike, and stainless steel installation screws.
  • Option 2 – 4990204: Hoppe system with 2 rollers. This replacement is more complex and involves moving strikes on the door jamb. Fits doors from 75.79 to 85.63 inches tall and will need to be cut to length. Kit includes bottom gear, top extension, and stainless steel installation screws.
