Atrium Ferco 528 Replacement Lock Kit (4990475-KIT)

This replacement Ferco 528 multipoint lock kit is designed for Atrium doors and replaces the discontinued old-style Ferco lock. The lock features a 4-point locking system with 2 roller cams and 2 shootbolts, providing secure multi-point engagement for your entry door.

The lock has an overall length of 76-7/16 inches (1941.5mm) and fits standard Atrium doors up to 81 inches tall. For taller doors, an extension (part 40325) measuring 19-5/8 inches (500mm) is required.

This replacement lock requires modification for installation
Rods need to be cut to length
New 7mm spindle included to retrofit existing handles with 8mm hole – brass sleeve included
You may need to cut the new spindle to length and cut the brass sleeve in half
Roller cams do not align with existing strikes – strikes must be relocated
Roller cam measurements from center of cam to top of spring latch: 14 inches from top, 12.5 inches from bottom
To remove rollers: grind rivet on back side flush with bar, install lock, then break off roller
Spring latch is handed and can be reversed
