Pella Active Panel Multipoint Lock – 50mm Backset, 35" HH (49920-1650SB-03)

This Pella active panel multipoint lock is designed for Designer Series inswing doors with DGP. It features a 3-point locking system with a deadbolt and upper and lower vertical shootbolts for enhanced security.

The lock has a 2-inch (50mm) backset, 35-inch (889mm) handle height, and a 5/8-inch (16mm) wide faceplate measuring 78-3/8 inches (1915mm) in length. The deadbolt provides a 1-inch (25.4mm) throw for secure engagement.

Is there a faster alternative to this special order lock?

Yes, the G-U/Ferco replacement (4990330-KIT) is an in-stock option that Pella previously used before this model. It works for doors up to 81 inches tall.

What if my door is taller than 81 inches?

For doors over 81 inches up to 100 inches, you will need to add extension #40325 to the G-U replacement kit.
