Pella Active Panel Multipoint Lock – 50/92, 35" HH (49920-1650SB-02)

This Pella active panel multipoint lock provides secure 3-point locking for entry doors. The system features a central deadbolt combined with upper and lower vertical shootbolts, delivering comprehensive security at three distinct locking points along the door edge.

Designed for Pella doors, this lock has a 2-inch (50mm) backset and 92mm PZ spacing. The handle height measures 35 inches (889mm) from the bottom of the faceplate. The deadbolt extends 1 inch (25.4mm) when engaged.

The faceplate measures 5/8 inch (16mm) wide and 77-1/8 inches (1959mm) in length, accommodating taller door configurations.

Is there an in-stock alternative to this special order lock?

Yes, part number 4990330 is a less expensive in-stock option. The G-U/Ferco replacement is what Pella used before this model and can be cut to fit your door height.

What if my door is taller than 81 inches?

For doors over 81 inches up to 100 inches, you will need to add extension part number 40325 to the G-U replacement kit.
