Hoppe/Fuhr Multipoint Lock – 45mm Backset, Swinghook (40005775)

This Hoppe/Fuhr key-operated multipoint lock provides secure locking with swinghook and round bolt locking devices. Designed for doors ranging from 73.62 to 85.43 inches in height, this stainless steel lock offers reliable performance for residential and commercial applications.

The lock is available in two function types. The Standard Function uses a 5/16 inch (8mm) handle shaft and requires two turns of the exterior key or interior thumbturn to lock and unlock the door. Both the key and thumbturn retract the latch, and the interior lever also retracts the latch when used.

The Egress Function uses a 9mm handle shaft and allows the interior lever to retract the latch and all extended bolts simultaneously. The exterior key or interior thumbturn still requires two turns to lock and unlock, and also retracts the latch.

This lock requires a 360° euro profile cylinder. You can use the compatible 360° Cylinder (413232130) or convert a 90° cylinder to 360° operation.

What is the difference between Standard Function and Egress Function?

Standard Function uses an 8mm handle shaft where the interior lever only retracts the latch. Egress Function uses a 9mm handle shaft and allows the interior lever to retract all locking points simultaneously for emergency exit.

Can I cut the faceplate to fit my door?
