Winkhaus Mercury OML Handleset – Bright Chrome (WH-1064522)

This Winkhaus Active Mercury / STQ trimset is a single cylinder handleset trim designed exclusively for the Winkhaus One-Motion Multipoint Lock (OML). The complete set includes both interior and exterior handles, both escutcheon plates, and a Euro type cylinder with keys and thumb turn.

The Mercury handle design features a contemporary aesthetic with square-cornered backplates, finished in bright polished chrome. This active function handleset provides keyed entry from the exterior with a convenient interior thumb turn for easy egress.

This lockset fits ONLY the Winkhaus One-Motion Multipoint Lock (OML)
The One-Motion lock uses a 2-piece spindle allowing the inside handle to move independently of the outside handle
When installing the spindle, the outside portion has a washer that prevents it from going in too far – this is critical for proper lock operation
If a solid spindle were used, the one-motion function would work from the outside
Cylinder removal is similar to the CES 90-degree method, except you push UP on the tool
