Premiere P3000 Active Gearbox – Lower/Spring Latch (P3000-60LT)

This is the lower active gearbox for the Premiere P3000 multipoint lock system. The P3000 utilizes a two-gearbox design: one upper gearbox controls the deadbolt, and this lower gearbox controls the spring latch. This lock case is for the spring latch function only and does not include additional parts.

The P3000 system is sometimes referred to as a "babysitter lock" because the deadbolt can be engaged without activating the upper or lower shoot bolts. This simplified operation makes it easier for individuals who are not familiar with multipoint locks to securely lock and unlock the door.
