Premiere P3000 Active Deadbolt Gearbox – 60mm (P3000-60DB)

This is the active gearbox for the deadbolt portion of the Premiere P3000 multipoint lock system. The P3000 system uses two separate gearboxes: this upper gearbox controls the deadbolt, while a separate lower gearbox controls the spring latch.

A key feature of this lock design is that the deadbolt operates independently without engaging the upper or lower shootbolts. This makes it much easier for individuals who are not familiar with multipoint lock systems to lock and unlock the door. Because of this user-friendly function, it is sometimes referred to as a "Babysitter lock."
