Aftermarket Multipoint Lock Case – 45/92 (LM459262DB-GLC)

This aftermarket multipoint lock case is designed as a direct replacement for active multipoint lock systems. It features a 45mm backset with dual PZ measurements of 92mm and 62mm, accommodating various handle configurations.

The lock case includes both a spring latch and deadbolt mechanism, providing secure multi-point locking for your door. The 8mm double spindle design works with sprung handle sets only – handles must have a built-in spring cassette to prevent drooping, as the gearbox itself is unsprung.

Handing is fully reversible without replacing parts. Simply remove the screw in the latch, reverse the latch orientation, reinsert, and replace the screw.

Why do I need sprung handles with this lock case?

This lock case has an unsprung double spindle gearbox, meaning the handles will droop if you use unsprung handles. Your handles must have a built-in spring cassette to return them to the horizontal position.

How do I reverse the latch handing?

Remove the screw in the latch, reverse the latch orientation, reinsert it, and replace the screw. No additional parts are needed.

What is the difference between the 92mm and 62mm PZ measurements?

PZ refers to the distance from the center of the handle spindle to the center of the cylinder. This lock case accommodates both 92mm and 62mm configurations, allowing compatibility with different handle and cylinder setups.
