Interlock Optimum 2-Point Mortise Lock – 30/85 (DL01-6070)

The Interlock Optimum 2-point mortise lock is designed for hinged aluminum doors and provides enhanced security with two locking points. This lock is commonly used by aluminum door manufacturers and serves as a reliable replacement for damaged or missing mortise locks.

When the deadbolt is extended, the spring latch becomes rigid and creates a second locking point, giving you increased security at both the latch and deadbolt positions. The lock operates by pushing the handle down to retract the latch, while the deadbolt is thrown using a key or thumbturn.

This lock features a 1-3/16 inch (30mm) backset and a 3-5/16 inch (85mm) PZ measurement (handle center to cylinder center). The faceplate measures 15/16 inch (24mm) wide by 8-1/4 inches (210mm) long, with a 1/2 inch (12.7mm) deadbolt throw.

CP12347 Latch Packer is included to allow latch length adjustments when needed. Remove latch, install latch packer, and reinstall latch.
To change handing: Remove screw in latch, rotate latch, reinstall screw.
