Multipoint Lock Handleset Trim – 2" x 10", Stainless Steel (9218B000)

This replacement multipoint lock handle set trim features a modern 2 x 10 inch stainless steel escutcheon plate with square ends. Designed to replace American version multipoint lock hardware, including Neuma doors, this handleset provides a clean, contemporary look while maintaining secure operation.

The trim accommodates an American cylinder with Schlage 5-pin SC1 keyway, with the key or thumb-turn positioned above the handle. The handle spacing (PZ) measures 5-1/4 inches (133.35mm) from the center of the handle to the center of the key or thumb-turn, with an 8-7/8 inch screw hole pattern.

View your door from the outside and note which side the hinges are on. If hinges are on the left, choose Left Hinge (LH). If hinges are on the right, choose Right Hinge (RH). The handing is factory-set and cannot be changed after ordering.

Can I install this if my screw hole pattern is different?
