Multipoint Lock Handleset Trim – Stainless Steel (921712000)

This replacement multipoint lock handleset trim is designed for Peachtree IPD, Trillenium, and select Pella doors. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this trim features a rectangular escutcheon plate with square ends, measuring 10 inches tall by 2 inches wide.

The handleset is configured for doors with a standard 1-11/16 inch crossbore and uses an American cylinder with Schlage 5-pin SC1 keyway. The key and thumb turn are positioned above the handle, with a 6-inch PZ (handle center to cylinder center) measurement.

Multiple function options are available: Active (keyed American cylinder with inside thumb turn), Inactive (non-keyed with inside thumb turn), or Dummy Pair (both fixed, rigid handles with no thumb turn). Eight different handle and lever designs are available to match your door's aesthetic.

Handing is determined by viewing the door from the outside and noting the hinge location – select Left Hinge (LH) or Right Hinge (RH) accordingly.

How do I determine the correct handing for this handleset?

View your door from the outside and note which side the hinges are on. If hinges are on the left, select Left Hinge (LH). If hinges are on the right, select Right Hinge (RH).

Will this work on my Pella door?

This handleset only fits Pella doors with the optional 1-11/16 inch crossbore. It will not work on doors with the standard 2-1/8 inch hole.

What if my door has a different screw hole pattern?

You may be able to drill new screw holes to accommodate this trim. Just ensure the lock body inside the door will not be in the direct path of the new screws.
