Rockwell Sentinel Multipoint Lock – 8-0 Door, Tongue Version (73228780)

The Rockwell Sentinel Tongue (ST) Version Multipoint Lock is designed for American entry doors measuring 8 feet (96 inches) in height. This three-point locking system features a center deadbolt with top and bottom tongues, providing enhanced security for residential and commercial applications.

This lock is commonly used on Peachtree 600 Series doors, Bilt Best doors, and other wood, steel, and fiberglass entry doors with Euro groove faceplate applications. The tongue version is compatible with both lever/lever handles and grip handlesets, offering flexibility in hardware selection.

The lock features a convenient babysitter-type locking function. Simply close the door and turn the key or thumbturn to engage all three locking points – there is no need to lift the handle to lock the door. The handing is reversible by removing the latch screw, making installation straightforward for both left-hand and right-hand door configurations.
