This GU Monolock single point mortise lock features a 50mm backset and 92mm PZ measurement, making it a reliable choice for Euro profile door applications. The lock case is designed with radius faceplate ends and accepts a standard Euro profile 5-pin cylinder (not included).

This lock features a key-below-lever configuration. To operate, lift the handle to throw the deadbolt, then turn the thumb turn or key to secure in the locked position.

How to Change Handing

  1. Lift handle to extend deadbolt
  2. Depress slot behind latch and pull latch out
  3. Depress handle to retract deadbolt latch
  4. Rotate latch and push back in until you hear a click
  5. Test lock operation

Be sure to operate the lock to verify proper function before installation. The spring latch should retract flush with the faceplate if installed correctly. If you have difficulty getting the spring latch to pop out, you can unscrew the faceplate to reverse handing.
