Multipoint Mortise Lock – 60/92 (4991631)

This multipoint mortise lock body is designed for active doors with concealed vertical rod systems. It is commonly used on vinyl doors from manufacturers such as Milgard, Marvin, and similar brands.

The lock features a 2-3/8 inch (60mm) backset and 3-5/8 inch (92mm) PZ spacing. The attached faceplate measures 10-3/8 inches (263.5mm) in length and 1-1/16 inches (27mm) in width. A long 1-inch (25.4mm) thick plastic standoff is included, and the coupling thread is 1/4-20.
