Trilennium 3070 Multipoint Lock – 60mm Backset, RHIS (499130074)

The Trilennium 3070 Series Multipoint Lock delivers enhanced security with durable locking latch bolts. This lock is frequently used by Pella and other door manufacturers, making it a reliable replacement option for multipoint door systems.

This lock assembly features a 2-3/8 inch (60mm) backset with a 7/8 inch (22mm) wide stainless steel faceplate measuring 65-9/16 inches (1665.3mm) in length with radius ends. The deadbolt throw extends 15/16 inches (23.8mm), while the top latching bolt reaches 33-3/32 inches (840.6mm) and the bottom latching bolt extends 24-5/16 inches (617.5mm).

This unit is configured for Right-Hand Inswing doors. All locks in this series are set up for inswing doors. If you have an outswing door, the panic function must be changed before installation. For outswing applications, use the opposite handing and change the panic function (LHIS would use an RHIS lock).

Standard 2-1/8 inch crossbore works with Trilennium Pinnacle, Eclipse, Rectangular, Curved, or Grip Hardware
Optional 1-11/16 inch crossbore requires handle plate width of 1-7/8 inches or wider
Horizon, Europa, and Emtek plates (1-7/8 to 2 inches wide) will not cover the 2-1/8 inch crossbore used by Pella and other doors with larger holes
Rocky Mountain 2-1/2 inch wide plate fits either crossbore
Handing determined by hinge location as viewed from outside – hinge on right means right-hand door
