Trilennium 3070 Multipoint Lock – 60mm Backset, RH Inswing (499130072)

This Trilennium 3070 series multipoint lock features locking latch bolts and is commonly used by Pella and other door manufacturers. The lock assembly includes a deadbolt and two latching bolts for secure multi-point engagement.

This lock is set up for right-handed inswing doors but can be reversed for left-hand applications. As viewed from outside, the hinge determines handing - if the hinge is on the right, it is a right-hand door. For outswing doors, the panic function and latches need to be changed before installation.

The lock operates with a downward handle motion only. To lock, use the key or thumb turn to extend the latch to deadbolt function. To unlock, use the key from outside or the thumb turn/lever from inside. The panic release feature allows the inside handle to unlock the door when pressed down.
