Winkhaus One Motion Double Door Kit – 45/92, 6'8" (49906001-KIT)

This Winkhaus One Motion replacement kit provides a complete multipoint locking solution for nominal 6 feet 8 inch tall double doors. Designed for doors ranging from 71-1/2 inches to 85 inches (1816mm to 2159mm) in height, the lock components can be cut to length to fit your specific door size. The system features a 1-3/4 inch (45mm) backset and 92mm PZ spacing.

The kit includes hardware for both the active and passive door panels. The active door receives a 3-point locking system with a deadbolt, bottom hook, and upper top shootbolt for secure engagement. The passive door includes a 2-point lock with a bottom hook receptacle, shootbolt, and upper shootbolt. This configuration can be installed with or without an astragal between the two panels.

Lock Operation

To Lock: Lift the handle to engage all locking points, then turn the thumbturn to secure in the locked position. The deadbolt extends along with the other locking devices when the handle is lifted.
To Unlock: Turn the thumbturn or key to the unlocked position and push down on the lever.
