Winkhaus Multipoint Lock – 45/92, 92-1/2" Door (49906-2045H-202)

This custom Winkhaus multipoint lock is designed specifically for 92-1/2 inch tall doors with a 1-3/4 inch door thickness. It features a 3-point locking system with one deadbolt and two hooks, providing enhanced security for active doors.

This is an American cylinder version, which means you will need compatible handleset trim. The handle position has the key below the lever, which differs from the original configuration that had the key above the lever. This change adjusts the handle height from the original 36 inches to 38.559 inches.

The upper and lower hook positions are engineered to fit within the same door route as the original Winkhaus lock, making this a direct replacement option. The top hook is positioned at 24.413 inches to the center of the handle, with a shootbolt at 40.161 inches. The bottom hook sits at 30.43 inches to the center of the handle.
