Winkhaus Multipoint Lock – 45/92, 76-1/4" Door (49906-2045H-201EC-Z)

This custom Winkhaus multipoint lock is designed specifically for 76-1/4 inch tall doors with a 1-3/4 inch thickness. It serves as a direct replacement for the original Winkhaus One Motion Multipoint Lock system on active single doors.

The lock features a 3-point locking mechanism consisting of 1 deadbolt and 2 hooks, providing secure multi-point engagement. This version uses a Euro Profile cylinder, though an American cylinder version is available upon request. Please contact our office before ordering if you require the American cylinder configuration.

An important note regarding installation: this replacement lock positions the key below the lever, whereas the original Winkhaus lock had the key above the lever. This change affects the handle height, moving it from the original 36 inches to 38-9/16 inches. The upper and lower hook positions have been adjusted accordingly but will fit within the same door route as the original lock.

Notes

• If reusing your existing Winkhaus handleset, the lever will need to be inverted to accommodate the key-below configuration

• A replacement solid spindle (395022) is required if reusing existing handleset – not included
• If using new handleset trim, the lock must be converted to American cylinder version
