Adjustable Hinge 3-5/8" x 4" NRP Outswing (370004)

This 2-way adjustable hinge combines both vertical and horizontal adjustment in a single unit, making it an ideal solution for doors that no longer fit properly due to house settling. The non-removable pin (NRP) design is specifically intended for outswing doors, providing added security by preventing the hinge pin from being removed from the exterior.

Featuring a solid brass base construction, this hinge is well-suited for coastal environments where corrosion resistance is essential. The internal components are made of stainless steel with hard plastic elements for durability. This hinge fits a standard 3-5/8 inch mortise prep in both the door panel and jamb, making it compatible with Integrity by Marvin doors and other brands using the same mortise dimensions.

The horizontal adjustment allows you to fine-tune the reveal (gap between door frame and door edge) by +/- 0.15 inches. The vertical adjustment provides +/- 0.20 inches of movement to raise or lower the door panel. Visual markings on the hinge cover help indicate the vertical adjustment position. Adjustments are made using a square drive (Robertson drive) with hand tools only—do not use power tools.
