Marvin Multipoint Lock Assembly – DISCONTINUED (10145001)

This multipoint lock hardware assembly for Marvin French Doors and Ultimate Sliding French Doors has been discontinued. This lock was designed for the active/operative panel and features 3 locking points, including one safety strike that prevents the lock from engaging unless properly activated.

The lock uses an American style cylinder to engage the locking strikes. The overall length is 48 inches (1219.2mm) with a faceplate width of 7/8 inches (22.2mm). The distance between the middle and top locking strikes is 22 inches (558.8mm), and the distance between the middle and bottom locking strikes is 17-3/4 inches (450.9mm).

This item has been discontinued. Replacement options require modifications to your door. The replacement lock (40214) uses a 1-3/4 inch backset instead of the original 2-3/8 inch backset, which will leave a 5/8 inch mark on the door edge from repositioning the handle.
