Marvin Passive Vertical Rod Lock Body (10148040)

This Marvin passive vertical rod multipoint lock body is designed for in-active doors in a double-door configuration. The lock body accepts a pair of vertical locking rods that screw directly into the mortise lock housing, providing secure top and bottom engagement points.

Unlike active multipoint locks, this passive version does not include a spring latch or deadbolt. It is specifically engineered to work in conjunction with an active multipoint lock on the primary door, allowing the in-active door to be secured when closed.
