3-Point Multipoint Lock Kit with Rollers (4990917-KIT)

This 3-point multipoint lock kit with rollers is designed as a direct replacement for older Roto and Winkhaus 3-point locks used in hinged patio doors. The kit provides everything needed to replace a worn or damaged multipoint lock system in compatible door applications.

This lock features a 45mm backset and 92mm PZ (handle center to keyhole center), with a 16mm wide faceplate. The bottom roller is positioned 27-3/8 inches from the handle, and the top roller is positioned 32-1/2 inches from the handle. This configuration fits door panels up to 93 inches tall.
