Hoppe HLS7 Swing Hook Lower Gear – 45/92, RH (2716635)

The Hoppe HLS7 Swing Hook Assembly is the lower active gear component for multipoint lock systems. This right hand unit features a 45mm (1-3/4 inch) backset and 92mm (3-5/8 inch) PZ spacing, with the bottom hook positioned at 24.41 inches (620mm) from the handle center.

Designed with a panic release function for safe egress, this lock allows you to exit from the inside by simply pushing down on the lever, which retracts the deadbolt, hook, and latch simultaneously. The American cylinder version features key-above configuration with a 1 inch (25.4mm) deadbolt throw and 36 inch (914.4mm) handle height.

The half-moon slot next to the handle hub must have the nub in the 3 o'clock or 9 o'clock position for proper gear operation
Door handing is determined from the exterior – hinges on right equals Right Hand (RH)

Operation

To Lock: Turn thumbturn to horizontal position or key to locked position, then lift handle to extend deadbolt
To Unlock from Inside: Depress lever – latch and deadbolt retract, thumbturn returns to vertical automatically
To Unlock from Outside: Insert key and turn, then depress lever to open
