This Marvin inactive or dummy trim is designed for hinged passive patio doors. While manufactured for Marvin doors, it will fit other doors with the same configuration and measurements.

The trim features a zinc construction with an antique brass finish. The back-plate measures 10-1/8 inches (257mm) in length and 1-7/8 inches (47.6mm) in width, with screw hole spacing of 7-1/4 inches (184mm). The 5/16-inch square spindle has a length of 4-5/16 inches (109.5mm).

Available Functions

  • Active: Keyed on exterior, thumb turn on interior
  • Inactive: Levers move and can operate an inactive lock, no thumb turn
  • Dummy: Levers are fixed and do not move, cannot operate lock

The inactive function can be converted to dummy when required by adding the fixing plate to the levers, which is included with the package.
