Atrium Multipoint Lock Replacement Kit – 45/92 (4990315-KIT)

This multipoint lock replacement kit is designed to replace discontinued G-U Tripact tongue version locks on Atrium doors. The kit includes a complete 3-point locking system featuring two tongue latches and a deadbolt, all engaged by lifting the handle.

Please note this is NOT a direct replacement for the original Atrium door lock. Minor modifications are required for installation. The deadbolt and spring latch strike plates may need to be adjusted on the door jamb. In some cases, you may need to chisel out a small portion of the door jamb to accommodate the deadbolt and spring latch.
