This Hoppe 16mm HLS9000 manual middle extension features a single swing hook and is designed for use with multipoint lock systems. The middle extension attaches to the lower assembly just above the springlatch, and a shootbolt extension connects to the top to complete the multipoint lock configuration.

The extension measures 24.09 inches (612mm) in length with an overall assembled length range from 73.50 inches (1867mm) to a maximum of 98.11 inches (2492mm). The swing hook is positioned 19.69 inches (500mm) from the square end with a hook projection of 3/4 inch (19.5mm).
