Hoppe HLS7 Shootbolt Gear – 45/92, 36" Handle Height (2716627)

This Hoppe HLS7 multipoint lock gear features a shootbolt and swinghook configuration designed for secure multipoint door systems. The HLS 7 series allows one-motion operation where turning the handle retracts the deadbolt, providing convenient egress while maintaining security.

This lock body has a 45mm (1-3/4 inch) backset and 92mm PZ spacing, with a 36-inch handle height. The shootbolt and swinghook are positioned at 24.41 inches (620mm) from the handle center. The 16mm faceplate width fits standard multipoint door preparations.

The gear comes configured for right-hand doors but can be reversed prior to installation if needed. Door handing is determined from the exterior: when hinges are on the right, the door is right-hand. The spindle hub features a 5/16-inch (8mm) diameter with a blocker and accepts 1/2 spindles attached to the handleset.

Panic release function allows egress from interior by depressing lever to retract latch and deadbolt
Spring latch can be reversed if panic function is on wrong side
The half-moon slot next to the handle hub must have the nub in the 3 o'clock or 9 o'clock position for proper gear operation
All HLS 7 gears have the same backset options and are handed for left or right hand doors
