The handle set is specifically compatible with Kawneer 2.25 inch offset doors and uses a standard American cylinder (Schlage 5-pin SC1) with a 46.5mm tailpiece. The offset shaft design includes two spindles: one at 8x62.5mm and one at 8x76.25mm, allowing for proper alignment with offset lock configurations.
