Quick-Fit is Hoppe's proprietary connection system that allows handles to be easily attached and removed from the spindle without tools, using an 18mm diameter fitting.

How do I determine if I need a left or right hand handle?

Stand on the exterior side of the door facing it. If the hinges are on the left and the handle is on the right, you need a right-hand handle. If the hinges are on the right and the handle is on the left, you need a left-hand handle.

Is this a complete handleset?

No, this is a receiver handle only. It is designed to work with existing Hoppe multipoint lock handlesets that use the Quick-Fit connection system.
