Hoppe Inactive Lower Assembly – 35mm Backset (2074564)

This Hoppe inactive/passive door lower assembly is designed for secondary inactive doors in a 2-point locking system. The assembly features a 1-3/8 inch gear mechanism with a bottom shootbolt for secure multi-point locking.

The inactive assembly includes a hole for a deadbolt but does not accommodate a spring latch, making it specifically suited for the passive side of double door configurations. This lock requires a minimum 3/4 inch wide astragal for proper installation.
