Hoppe HLS9000 Bottom Gear – 45mm, 36" HH (8778331)

This Hoppe 16mm faceplate bottom gear is designed for HLS9000 shootbolt multipoint lock systems on active doors. It features manual locking operation where you lift the handle to engage the shootbolts, then turn the thumbturn or key to secure the door in the locked position.

The bottom gear includes a vertical locking bolt with a 3/4 inch (20mm) shootbolt throw and 1 inch (25mm) deadbolt throw. With a 1.77 inch (45mm) backset and 36 inch (914mm) handle height, this component is built for standard multipoint door configurations.

The handing is reversible for left or right hand doors – simply pull the spring latch out and rotate to change orientation. This is the bottom assembly only and does not include additional extensions or other components.
