Single Point Mortise Lock – 60/92 (40160)

This single point active lock is designed for Marvin Ultimate and other inswing doors manufactured from January 17, 2000 to present. It features an American cylinder lock body type with a 3-5/8 inch (92mm) handle spacing (center of handle to center of cylinder) and a 2-3/8 inch (60mm) backset measured from the door edge to the center of the handle.

The deadbolt throw measures 1 inch (25.4mm) with a tapered design. This lock body is also compatible with doors from Caradco, Jeldwen, and other manufacturers using single point mortise locks.

Insert a screwdriver into the slot behind the latch, pull down on the handing release until the latch pops out, rotate the latch, and push it back into the lock case. Always test the lock function before closing the door.
