Hoppe 16mm Top Extension – 1 Swing Hook (3868770)

This Hoppe top extension features a 16mm (5/8 inch) faceplate width and includes one swing hook positioned 19.69 inches (500mm) above the handle. Designed for multipoint lock systems on doors measuring 62.80 to 79.25 inches in height with a 36-inch handle height.

The extension has an overall length of 41.65 inches (1058mm) with a square end and allows for a maximum cutoff of 16.46 inches (418mm) for custom fitting. The swing hook provides a 3/4 inch (19.5mm) projection for secure door engagement. Installation hardware includes 6 stainless steel screws.
