Truth Sentry Multipoint Lock – 45/92, Active Hook (13921.1)

The Truth 13921 Sentry Multipoint Lock is an active hook multipoint locking system designed for secure entry doors. This lock features a 45mm (1-3/4 inch) backset and 92mm PZ spacing, with a 16mm (5/8 inch) faceplate width. The handle height is positioned at 36 inches (914.4mm), with the bottom hook located 29-5/8 inches (751.4mm) from the handle center.

This lock uses a unique combination of baby-sitter and traditional lever-activated operation. The key cylinder is positioned above the lever for convenient access.

Notes

Changing Handing: Springlatch pulls out and spins to change bevel direction. The mis-handing latch flips to the opposite side and must be pushed in to operate the lock.
Locking Sequence: Turn thumbturn or key to extend deadbolt (door locked at deadbolt only), then lift lever to engage additional locking devices (hooks, tongues, or shootbolts).
Important: If you lift the lever first, this engages locking points except the deadbolt. The door is not fully secure until the deadbolt is engaged with key or thumbturn.
To Open: Retract deadbolt with key or thumbturn, then push down on lever.
