Winkhaus OML 3-Hook Replacement Kit – 20/45/92 (499114509)

The original Winkhaus One Motion Lock (OML) 3-hook configuration is discontinued and no longer available. This replacement kit provides a complete solution for doors originally equipped with the 20mm faceplate, 45mm backset, 92mm PZ Winkhaus OML system on 92 to 93 inch tall doors.

The replacement kit converts your door from a 3-hook system to a 2-hook system with an adjustable top hook. This kit includes the lower gear, middle extension, upper hook extension, a new strike plate, and all necessary installation screws.

Notes

If replacing handle set trim, we suggest using a larger handle set like our 2 inch x 12 inch option

The original Winkhaus OML 3-hook configuration is discontinued. This replacement kit uses an adjustable 2-hook system that provides equivalent security and functionality for your door.

Can I reuse my existing handle set with this replacement kit?

Some handle sets may be reused, but they will need a new spindle and must be inverted. The replacement lock also needs to be converted to a Euro version. Contact our office for specific guidance on your handle set.

What if the new top hook faceplate doesn't reach the top of my door?

If the faceplate on the top hook does not extend all the way to the top of your door panel, you can fill in the gap with material from your old lock.
