Winkhaus Euro Multipoint Lock with Hooks – 45/92 (49911-6199)

This Winkhaus Euro version multipoint lock features dual hooks for enhanced security on multipoint door systems. The lock body offers a 1-3/4 inch (45mm) backset and 3-5/8 inch (92mm) PZ spacing, making it compatible with standard European-style handlesets.

With an overall length of 82.842 inches (2104mm), this lock can be cropped at either the top or bottom to accommodate various door heights and handle positions. The handle height is adjustable from 34 inches to 41-5/16 inches (864mm to 1050mm) depending on how the lock is trimmed.

The top hook is positioned 23-1/4 inches (590mm) from the center of the handle, while the bottom hook sits at 29-1/2 inches (750mm). This configuration provides solid multi-point engagement for improved door security.

Cropping Example

To fit a 79-inch door: 82.842 inches minus 79 inches equals 3.842 inches of cutoff. This adjusts the handle height from 41.321 inches down to approximately 37.5 inches. Alternatively, you can cut from the bottom to achieve a specific handle height (such as 36 inches) and use the cut-off piece as a filler at the top of the door.
