Fuhr 3-Point Automatic Multipoint Lock – 35/92 (499011699)

This Fuhr 3-point automatic multipoint lock features a tongue version design where the tongues automatically engage when the door closes. With a 1-3/8 inch (35mm) backset and 3-5/8 inch (92mm) PZ spacing, this lock is designed for secure residential and commercial door applications.

The lock accommodates doors ranging from 71.06 inches to 78.74 inches tall and can be trimmed to fit different door heights. The handle height measures 36 inches (914mm), with the bottom tongue positioned at 29.65 inches (753mm) and the top tongue at 29.25 inches (743mm). The deadbolt throw is 1/2 inch (14mm).

This multipoint lock has been used by Semco and other door manufacturers. When replacing, you can reuse your existing trim, handles, and keyed cylinder.
