Fuhr 3-Point Multipoint Lock – 35/92 (499011599)

This Fuhr 3-point multipoint lock features a tongue version design with manual locking operation. Lift the handle to engage the tongues for secure multi-point locking. With a 1-3/8 inch (35mm) backset and 3-5/8 inch (92mm) PZ spacing, this lock provides reliable security for residential and commercial door applications.

The lock accommodates doors ranging from 71.06 inches to 78.74 inches tall and can be trimmed to fit different door heights. The handle height measures 36 inches (914mm), with the bottom tongue positioned at 29.65 inches (753mm) and the top tongue at 29.25 inches (743mm). The deadbolt throw is 1/2 inch (14mm).

This multipoint lock is commonly used by Semco and other door manufacturers. When installing, you can reuse your existing trim, handles, and keyed cylinder.
