Fuhr Lock Case – 35/92, New Style (499010035)

This Fuhr replacement lock case is designed for newer style multipoint and single point locks that use a lift lever mechanism. It features a 35mm (1-3/8 inches) backset and 92mm (3-5/8 inches) PZ measurement, which is the distance from the center of the handle hole to the center of the cylinder hole.

This lock case is compatible only with the newer Fuhr lock design that connects to the faceplate using three screws. If your existing lock case does not have three screws attaching the gearbox to the faceplate, this replacement will not work. Please verify your lock style by comparing it to the product images before ordering.

How do I know if I have the new style or old style Fuhr lock?

The new style Fuhr lock has three screws connecting the gearbox to the faceplate. If your lock case does not have these three screws, you have the older style and this replacement will not work.

Can I change the handing on this lock case?

Yes, remove the hex head screw holding the spring latch, reverse the latch direction, and reinstall the screw.

Does this lock case include a faceplate?

No, this is a lock case only. It attaches to your existing faceplate using three screws.
