Ashland Expressions 12" Multipoint Handle Set (395010)

This Ashland Expressions 12-inch multipoint lock handle set is designed for hinged doors and serves as a high-quality replacement for Marvin passive, inactive, or dummy handle hardware. While the original Marvin hardware may be smaller than this replacement, the installation holes align correctly for a straightforward swap.

The handle set features transitional curved levers with a square top escutcheon plate design. It is non-handed, making it suitable for both left and right-hand door configurations without modification.

This hardware can function in two modes: as a dummy set where the handles are fixed and do not move, or as a passive/inactive set where the handles move but do not operate a locking mechanism. Fixing plates are included in the kit to convert passive handles to dummy handles when needed.
