Andersen Active 3-Point Lock – 6' 8" Frenchwood (2579771)

This Andersen Active Multipoint Lock is designed for 6 foot 8 inch Frenchwood Hinged Patio Doors manufactured from 1988 to present. The 3-point locking mechanism features a spring latch, deadbolt, and locking hooks at both the top and bottom of the door for enhanced security.

The lock has an overall length of 76-1/2 inches (1943.1mm) with a 7/8 inch (22.2mm) faceplate width. The backset measures 2 inches (50.8mm) and the handle spacing (PZ) is 4-3/16 inches (106.4mm). Handle height is positioned at 36-1/8 inches (917.6mm) from the bottom of the faceplate.

This stainless steel lock is interchangeable with older zinc dichromate (gold colored) Active models. The latch handing can be reversed by inserting a small screwdriver into the round hole between the latch and deadbolt, pushing down to release the latch, then rotating and pushing it back into the lock.
