PGT Concealed Multipoint Lock – 60mm, No Faceplate (4991633)

This active door multipoint lock is designed exclusively for PGT doors. It features a concealed rod and shootbolt system with a 2-3/8 inch (60mm) backset. The lock does not include an attached faceplate, but the mounting plate has radius corners for proper fit.

The coupling thread is 5/16-18 (silver color) with a short standoff featuring a 3/8 inch thick plastic spacer. Please note that the door stile must be removed to replace this lock.

How to Operate

This lock features a "Baby Sitter" function and can be used in two ways:

Option 1: When the door is closed, the deadbolt can be thrown without lifting the door lever, functioning as a standard deadbolt lock. When the handle is lifted, the shootbolts extend and will not retract until the deadbolt is unlocked. Using the locking rods is optional.

Option 2: Lift the lever to engage the concealed rods, then throw the deadbolt. To unlock, retract the deadbolt with the key or thumbturn, then push down on the lever to retract the rods and open the door.

How to Change Handing

1. Insert a screwdriver into the slot behind the latch.
2. Pull down on the handing release; the latch pops out.
3. Rotate the latch and push it back into the lock case.

Always check the function of the lock before closing the door.
