Ashland Sentinel Swing XP25 Center Lock – 60/92 (4991330)

This is the center section of the Ashland Sentinel Swing Multipoint XP25 3-point lock system. The gearbox includes a deadbolt and spring latch, serving as 1 of 3 pieces in the complete multipoint lock assembly. This lock is used by Jeld-Wen, Caradco, Therma-Tru, and other door manufacturers.

The lock features a 2-3/8 inch (60mm) backset and 3-5/8 inch (92mm) PZ handle spacing with the key positioned above the handle. The center lock faceplate measures 40.93 inches (1040mm), with an overall length of 44 inches (1117mm) when retracted and 45-1/2 inches (1155mm) when extended and locked. The faceplate width is 25/32 inch (20mm).

Both the deadbolt and shootbolt have a 1 inch (25.4mm) throw. The deadbolt and shootbolt extensions operate independently, and an anti-slam device prevents potential door frame damage. The lock utilizes a peg-hole connection system for quick and easy installation.

This lock is designed to use a pair of shootbolts but can be installed and used with or without them. With shootbolt extensions applied, this lock is adjustable and will fit a variety of door sizes.
