This Hoppe Single Point Mortise Lock is designed for doors that use a separate handle and cylinder configuration. It features a 35mm backset and 92mm PZ (the distance from the center of the handle to the center of the cylinder), making it suitable for standard single point door applications.

The lock includes a 1/2 inch (14mm) deadbolt throw for secure latching and a 5/8 inch (16mm) faceplate width. This compact design fits doors with narrower stile widths while still providing reliable locking performance.
